I'm a proud owner of a Bell & Fandetti Townhouse! Originally posted on my Trulia account on August 14th 2013.

If you live in Cambridge or are looking to buy a property here, chances are you've seen a Bell & Fandetti Townhouse. These unique modern loft style homes were built roughly between 1975 and 1985 by architects Doug Bell and Gerald Fandetti.  There are about 20 of these communities located throughout Cambridge.  Most are attached single family homes and feature open loft style layouts, 2-3 story cathedral ceilings, wood burning stoves, skylights, private yards and many have garage parking.

I had the good fortune to buy one of these eleven years ago directly from Doug Bell whom I was working with at the time as a listing agent selling his lofts in Somerville.  Since then, I have sold and toured dozens of these townhouses.

I recently listed my neighbors townhouse, which sold for over asking price in just a few days on market.  It was a record sales amount for our townhouse community.  These homes are extremely popular and in high demand.
